A limited number of major exporters, Export Promotion Councils, R&D institutions and other agencies concerned with the subject were invited. |

The objective of the seminar was to assess the impact of the various measures taken by Government of India for increasing the FDI in the country and to discus as to how FDI has been responsible in augmenting the technology and technology intensive product exports and what more is needed to further increase the inflow of FDI in India. |
