In its four-decade long endeavor to
produce leaders for Indian businesses, IIFT has firmly believed in
putting learning to practice and in learning from practice. Our
Institute believes in the importance of augmenting the theoretical
knowledge gained in the classroom through interactions with the
corporate world.
In this endeavor, the Corporate Relations Committee of IIFT regularly
organizes interactions known as "View from the Top" where
stalwarts from varied industries share their experiences with the
students, to talk about the day-to-day operations and recurrent issues
in the area they choose to share with us. We invite people from
diverse backgrounds and fields to give students a good idea of their
various career options as well.
Thought Leadership Series
In addition we also organize the “Thought leadership series”, where we
invite outstanding personalities who have contributed immensely to
their respective fields. These interactions focus more on the
personalities and their experience rather than on just their relevance
to our academic program.
